La premi\u00e8re production de poudre de lait issue du projet g\u00e9ant Baladna \u00e0 Adrar sera effective d\u00e8s la fin de l’ann\u00e9e 2027. Cette \u00e9ch\u00e9ance cl\u00e9 marque la concr\u00e9tisation du calendrier de ce complexe agro-industriel int\u00e9gr\u00e9 du Sahara alg\u00e9rien, fruit d’un partenariat entre le groupe qatari Baladna et le Fonds national d’investissement (FNI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
L’atteinte de cet objectif de transformation industrielle repose sur l’arriv\u00e9e imminente des cheptels. D\u00e8s novembre prochain, un pont a\u00e9rien in\u00e9dit sera d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 depuis les \u00c9tats-Unis pour transporter un premier troupeau de 30 000 vaches. L’installation de ces bovins permettra de lancer le cycle complet de production sur site, allant de la culture du fourrage jusqu’\u00e0 la transformation du lait frais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Le d\u00e9ploiement op\u00e9rationnel s’appuie sur d’importants engagements financiers d\u00e9j\u00e0 engag\u00e9s. Apr\u00e8s le lancement du projet en 2024, deux phases d’investissement d’un montant respectif de 500 millions et 635 millions de dollars ont \u00e9t\u00e9 amorc\u00e9es en 2025 et 2026 pour \u00e9riger ces infrastructures g\u00e9antes destin\u00e9es \u00e0 accueillir \u00e0 terme 270 000 t\u00eates de b\u00e9tail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Parall\u00e8lement au volet technique, une vaste campagne de recrutement visant 1 000 postes a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9e depuis Adrar et s’\u00e9talera jusqu’en 2027. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9voit d’organiser des sessions de s\u00e9lection dans les plus grandes villes du pays, \u00e0 savoir Alger, Oran et Constantine, tout en offrant la possibilit\u00e9 de postuler en ligne sur la plateforme de l’entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
