4th edition of « Builtec 2024 »: New features and innovations

The fourth edition of the international exhibition on modern construction and new technologies, « Builtec, » which has been moved up by 6 days, will finally take place at the Mariott Hotel in Constantine from February 20 to 23, instead of the Ahmed Bey-Zénith Cultural Complex, with plenty of new features in store, according to the organizers.

Held on the occasion of the city’s national day (February 20th of each year) under the slogan: « Together today to build the future, » this economic rendezvous will host major companies with innovative products, new exhibitors participating for the first time, as well as numerous advice from wilaya councils under the Order of Architects.

The salon’s organizers have announced the participation of the « Groupe Chiali, » which is launching for the first time in Algeria the manufacturing and marketing of XLPE foam for thermal and acoustic insulation of buildings. « Belux » will also take part in this event, being a leading company in Algeria in the manufacturing and distribution of urban lighting and luminaires.

« Hexo Korps, » another 100% Algerian company

Furthermore, other companies will be among the exhibitors such as the « China Palladium Group, » showcasing its vast experience and new technological products and services, « Seven Metal, » an Algerian company whose activities cover various sectors in industrial construction and engineering, « Hexo Korps, » another 100% Algerian company, and « Hariz Promotion, » boasting a team of brilliant engineers and utilizing advanced technological solutions in construction.

Moreover, this indispensable event in the East of the country will be an opportunity to discover a space dedicated to the exhibition of architectural works, with the organization of a study day on technological advancements in the building sector in cooperation with the National Association of Architects, and a technical day on energy efficiency in the building sector in partnership with the National Agency for the Promotion and Rationalization of Energy Use (APRUE).

According to the organizers, the « Builtec 2024 » will be an opportunity to better understand the construction industry and its progression by adapting to the era of technology. It will offer various opportunities to the thousands of expected visitors to discover new technologies and solutions used in the construction and building sector, with several animations on the program, as well as conferences and workshops.

That being said, this four-day event aims to involve the participation of around fifty exhibitors from both within and outside the country representing several sectors of activities related to housing, construction, and new technologies.
